"Merely Words of Inspiration" was written because of an awakening of my spiritual nature, which inspired me. I would hear different phrases during the day at work, on television, or just having a casual conversation during the day. I was given an idea and began to write such as the following article: "Tell it Like It Is" or "Sugarcoated". Jesus never sugarcoated anything. He always told the truth, the whole truth. When we do not tell it like it is, we are doing the work of the adversary. He is the author of confusion, which is his truth. The book was also written to enhance our spiritual awareness. It was written to let you see that the everyday phrases, such as another article titled "Can You Hear Me Now?", can be inspirational in the right circumstances. Here is an insert from the following article: "Have we ever thought about Jesus saying, "Can You Hear Me Now?" Why can't we hear Him? Is it because we are listening to the world and not for His voice? It is written, "I am the Good Shepherd, and I know my sheep, and am known of mine. And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they will hear my voice: and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd"(John 10:14, 16). This is something to get excited about, being in heaven with our Lord and Savior. Have a Blessed Day

Real Talk - A collection of Unsolicited Advice From a Blogger Chick is a compilation of India L. Trotter's blog work. She blogs for her own website Blank Stare Corner and also has a popular online column, The Pointed Circle on GirlTiniLive. This book is merely the conduit to her soon to be released semi-autobiography April Everyday - Autobiographical Snippets of an Insignificant Woman. Her sentiment is that you first acquaint yourself with her blogs, writing style and her surface self. She will later pull back her layers of complexities and open you up to the woman that you think you know but have yet to really meet. Matters of love, self awareness, relationships and spirituality [or the lack thereof] are all up for discussion within these pages. You will laugh, self reflect and [in some instances] simply stare blankly. More importantly you will either learn what to or what not to do.
The four characters mentioned—Tom Bombadil, Strider, Elrond, and Gandalf—are the most qualified to offer advice, and the humblest in doing so. Conversely, there are various degrees of pride in three characters who offer advice unasked.

Widely considered one of the leading experts on the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, Thomas Alan Shippey has informed and enlightened a generation of Tolkien scholars and fans. In this collection, friends and colleagues honor Shippey with 15 essays that reflect their mentor's research interests, methods of literary criticism and attention to Tolkien's shorter works. In a wide-ranging consideration of Tolkien's oeuvre, the contributors explore the influence of 19th and 20th century book illustrations on Tolkien's work; utopia and fantasy in Tolkien's Middle-earth; the Silmarils, the Arkenstone, and the One Ring as thematic vehicles; the pattern of decline in Middle-earth as reflected in the diminishing power of language; Tolkien's interest in medieval genres; the heroism of secondary characters; and numerous other topics. Also included are brief memoirs by Shippey's colleagues and friends in academia and fandom and a bibliography of Shippey's work.

This book was written by a grandmother who wanted to share her love of God with her grandchildren. In this book, she describes in daily lessons how many life experiences (including surviving a dissected aorta when she was given a 7% chance of survival) have strengthened her faith in God and have given her a feeling of peace and hope she prays for her loved ones to have. She also wanted her grandchildren to know what a special book the Bible is and the encouragement that can be found in Gods word. For I know the plans I have for you, says the LORD. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11 NLT
