In this third book in the trilogy, Robbie and his twin sisters are getting older and Baby Davey joins the family. His adventures continue as he splashes in puddles, goes to the beach, and sets off an alarm bringing the fire department! He enjoys rides in the car, but the greatest ride of all is when a pink kitty cat shows up one day and takes him on an amazing adventure ride to the most incredible place you could ever imagine! Cindy Gelormini is the Author and Illustrator of the "Robbie's World" trilogy and is Robbie's Mom. She works in the Interior Design field where she began as a decorative artist painting children's murals. She was also a singer songwriter and worship leader, so she wrote the books like rhyming lyrics. For four years she followed Robbie's life on YouTube on their video blog called "Robbie and Me: Autism Reality", which can still be viewed to this day. When Robbie went to heaven on November 7, 2017, penguins in the form of toys and paperweights began to show up in unlikely places. Weeks later when they cleaned out Robbie's room in his group home they found in his DVD player the last movie Robbie ever watched..."Happy Feet" about dancing penguins! They realized they were getting messages from heaven. Cindy wanted to continue Robbie's story to help bring love, understanding and acceptance to the Autism Community, so she wrote Robbie's story as a children's book series telling stories from when he was a little boy. The idea of him being a penguin though, that was Robbie's idea.

Coaching adventure sports is part of the core work of many adventure educators but has been largely neglected in the adventure studies literature. This is the first book to link contemporary sports coaching science with adventure sports practice. It examines the unique set of challenges faced by adventure sports coaches, such as the dynamic natural environment and the requirement to train athletes to levels of high performance outside of traditional structures of competition, and explores both key theory and best practice. The book covers key topics such as: Skill acquisition and skill development Models of learning and teaching Performance analysis Tactics and decision-making Training principles Mental skills techniques Goal setting and progression Risk management Each chapter contains applied examples from a range of adventure sports, including mountaineering, rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, surfing, and winter sport, as well as practical coaching techniques and a guide to further reading. Written by a team of authors with wide experience of coaching, teaching, researching and high performance participation in adventure sports, this book is invaluable reading for any student or practitioner with an interest in adventure, outdoor education, sports coaching or lifestyle sport.

A small country builds a world-class telescope in its backyard and lives happily ever after (or at least for a quarter century). That in a nutshell is the story told in this collection of essays. The country of course is the Netherlands, and the telescope is the Westerbork Synthesis Radio Tele scope (WSRT), brainchild of Jan Oort. Living happily in this context is a continuing record of discovery and as such also a continuing basis for se curing observing time on facilities in other countries and operating at other frequencies. As our community celebrates the Silver Anniversary of the radio tele scope at Westerbork, it is fitting that we pause to take account of the scientific discoveries and insights it made possible. Initially the instrument represented the very significant step away from university-run, specialist facilities to a well-supported, common-user radio imager also having spec tral and polarization capabilities. It pioneered the mode of operation now common for satellite observatories, in which data is taken and calibrated by technicians and provided to researchers ready for analysis. It has been a major source of discovery in, among other areas, research on neutral hy drogen and studies of dark matter in galaxies.
