The drive power supply for LED incandescent lamp according to an embodiment of the invention comprises: an end cap, on an outer surface of which is disposed a pair of pins, the pair of pins being hollow and in communication with an interior of the end cap; a base plate located in the end cap, a pair of lead wires are disposed on one of the surfaces of the base plate, and each lead wire is inserted into a corresponding pin respectively and is fixed to an inner wall of the pin; a LED drive circuit module located on the base plate, which is electrically connected to the lead wires.
