"Rev 20:12,15" " And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire". Unfortunately Christians can be blotted out of the Book of Life, so it was a dangerous war for us.
The universe completely collapse's in 70 billion Ad.The Bible says the universe is going to collapse in more then seven quotes. That the universe is closed and will implode on itself. It is amazing that an ancient document like the Bible would talk about what scienticist are just grappling with today. David was the first to say it in psalm 102:25-26, then Isaiah then Jesus then Paul and Peter and finally John all said the universe was going to collapse. This was said thousands of years ago. The Church and Einstein both say the universe is going to collapse. The Church of Jesus Christ and Einstein the scientist agree. Scientific reasoning.(1)There are some things in the Bible that we can deduce about the universe. First the Bible confirms the theory that the universe was a singularity before it exploded. The Bible says it was sitting down, then it was made to stand up or as science has it- a singularity then Big Bang.-explosion dynamics.Isaiah 48:13 13. Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: when I call unto them, they stand up together.GOD WANTS YOU TO BELIEVE IN THE BIG BANG. Most Christians don't believe in the Big Bang. They believe in Genesis 1:1Genesis 1:1 ." In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth."- and there are no leads that indicate a Big Bang. But there is a sentence in the Bible that says there was a a Big Bang.Isaiah 48:13 ." Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: when I call unto them, they stand up together." The verse says God created the universe and His Right Hand which is His Holy Spirit has spanned the Universe. So the Holy Spirit is everywhere. But what interests us here is the part where God makes the universe " stand up" ..". when I call unto them, they stand up together."The part of making the universe " stand up" is important. So the universe must have been sitting down - in a different state- in order to "stand up." That my fellow Christians is "the big Bang." The universe was Sitting down or laying down position at first then it was made to "stand up."The universe was a singularity scientists say. Then there was a big bang. God's version- the universe was a singularity- sitting down or laying down- then God told it to stand up- thus the big bang-expansion by explosion dynamics. Isaiah 48:13. Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: when I call unto them, they stand up together.(2) We can also deduce from the Bible that the universe is going to collapse. That there is enough dark matter- just enough to collapse the universe but not enough for a " bounce." It will permanently lay in a state of collapse forever as the lake of fire just as Einstien predicted. Isaiah 51:6 6. Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.Psalm 102:25-27. "Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. 26 They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed. 27: But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.Mathew 24:35. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away." That is a quote from Jesus Christ. Concerning the U.S.A. and Britain being the chosen Israel or lost ten tribes of Israel, they are wrong- Samaria is the lost ten tribes of Israel and the history of Samaria is well documented in the Bible. That is where the ten tribes of Israel went. Read the first page of this book for the rest of the story of Einstein and the implosion of the universe in 2Peter 3:7, 10,12. Use logic.

The history of Bible translation within the Catholic Church is characterized by a rich tradition of rendering the Scriptures into the language of the faith community. The CCNT features eight complete Catholic New Testaments that show the full range of expression for this central text of study, worship, prayer, and contemplation. A wide spectrum of people - including new and experienced Bible readers, homilists, and teachers - will gain from having this resource on their bookshelves. The Douay-Rheims, RSVCB, NRSVCB, and NAB are called formal equivalent translations (popularly referred to as "word-for-word" translations). This means that scholars rendered the New Testament's original language into English that is as close as possible to its original wording. The result is a translation that is particularly valuable for careful analysis of the text. Meanwhile, the JB, GNB, NJB, and Christian Community Bible represent the "thought-for-thought" school of Bible translation (technically described as dynamic or functional equivalent). This method places the priority on the intended meaning of the original vocabulary, adapting it to English syntax and grammar. Such a translation tends to be easier to read and understand. The texts are conveniently displayed on facing pages (four translations per page), with the same set of verses on each one. The order in which the translations appear on the pages demonstrates a progression in translation philosophy from formal to functional equivalency.

Does accepting the doctrine of biblical inspiration necessitate belief in biblical inerrancy? The Bible has always functioned authoritatively in the life of the church, but what exactly should that mean? Must it mean the Bible is without error in all historical details and ethical teachings? What should thoughtful Christians do with texts that propose God is pleased by human sacrifice or that God commanded Israel to commit acts of genocide? What about texts that contain historical errors or predictions that have gone unfulfilled long beyond their expiration dates? In The Human Faces of God, Thom Stark moves beyond notions of inerrancy in order to confront such problematic texts and open up a conversation about new ways they can be used in service of the church and its moral witness today. Readers looking for an academically informed yet accessible discussion of the Bible's thorniest texts will find a thought-provoking and indispensible resource in The Human Faces of God.

Daly has retranslated the majority of these texts from the original Greek and Latin, added the scriptural references in the translated texts and an index, and included updated bibliographical information. "This collection has been extremely well translated into English by Fr. Daly and to him a great debt of gratitude is due for having made available the thoughts of one of the greatest of ancient theologians as seen through the eyes of an almost equally prolific successor in the same central Christian enterprise."--Heythrop Journal Robert J. Daly, S.J., is professor and director of graduate studies in the theology department of Boston College. This study takes the approach, that Jesus' intended time frame for the fulfillment of His prophecy was to be within what he calls "this generation" in Matthew 24:34. Thus, His expectation was not left completely unfulfilled, but accomplished-by means of the events of AD 70-what He expected it to accomplish.

The traditions about Jesus and his teaching circulated in oral form for many years, continuing to do so for decades following the writing of the New Testament Gospels. James Dunn is one of the major voices urging that more consideration needs to be given to the oral use and transmission of the Jesus tradition as a major factor in giving the Synoptic tradition its enduring character.

In this fascinating work, the author draws some amazing and ground-breaking new insights into Bible prophecy from first century Jewish Apocalyticism and then presents a radical restructuring of the book of Revelation that clarifies it as no other book. Dr. Morey unravels the seeming contradictions and mystifying puzzles of biblical prophecy using the Jewish hermeneutical principles that Jesus and the apostles used in their interpretation of Old Testament prophecy. There is no other book like this today. It explains the Mt. Olivette Discourse and the book of Revelation in such a way that will astound and delight you. It is a must-read for clear-thinking Christians who want to know what will happen at the end of the world according to Jesus.
