Because I'm at work 6 days a week and like to eat delicious healthy meals without having to pay ridiculous takeaway prices every day I also don't have time to watch what I'm cooking , I need to be able to put it on and walk away , and give it the less time possible How you prepare the food before you cook it , in very easy steps Each dish will feed 2/3 people If you don't have a soup maker all theses dishes can be made on a hob but just bare in mind the reason I am using a soup maker is so I can just prepare cook and walk away , this isn't something you can do if your cooking on your hob , that needs watching All the food I use is naturally gluten free, apart from the stock cubes and pasta , so if you don't have a gluten allergy you can use any make of stock cube and any pasta you like, all meals are dairy free and you can obviously change the vegetables to suit your own taste as long as you remember to cut them up thin or cube small , I've kept all of the meals simple but, for those that know how to cook , you can add extra flavours if you so wish The microwave is used only to cook pasta and the rice so if you don't require either of theses added to your meal then you only need the soup maker If you require the meals vegan or vegetarian just replace meat with quorn alternatives I personally use the salter soup maker as it's nice and easy to use
