"Caitlin Walker has spent 15 years working with diverse groups from disaffected teenagers to senior leaders in business and education. Along the way she developed Systemic Modelling, a methodology for encouraging groups to move away from drama and towards collective trust. This book tells of her journey through a series of authentic and ground-breaking case-studies. In it you'll learn how she creates the contexts for groups to make the most of one another's expertise and experience and to begin to collaborate in new and emergent ways."

Parrots and lorikeets swoop down, vivid, bright and colourful. Black swans glide through the air. Owls stare out from pages, wide-eyed. A sense of awe swept through natural history circles in eighteenth-century London when the first ships returned from Sydney with their cargo of exotic animals, birds and plants – and striking watercolour illustrations. The sudden emergence, in 2011, of a large number of these watercolour illustrations has revealed much about the early years of the colony. In Natural Curiosity, Louise Anemaat uncovers never-before-published works from the artists of the First Fleet, including convicts-turned-watercolourists Thomas Watling and John Doody, and the anonymous 'Port Jackson Painter'. She unravels the complex network of natural history collectors who spanned the globe – eagerly acquiring, copying and exchanging these artworks – from New South Wales Surgeon-General John White to passionate British collector Aylmer Bourke Lambert.

The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Kinks, the Who, the Yardbirds...back in the 1960s a music revolution was taking place, and Liverpool's Cavern Club was at the centre of it. "The Best of Cellars" tells the story of the Cavern, beginning with its days as a great jazz club, before the Merseybeat explosion made it the most famous music venue in the world. The Beatles are of course central to the story but the book also features the other great names of the era, and later the likes of Elton John, Thin Lizzy and Queen. With reminiscences from some of the people involved and many wonderful photographs, this is a superb account of the ups and downs of the legendary club.

Like few of his contemporaries, Norman Feder helped shape the study of American Indian art. In a career spanning four decades as hobbyist craftsman, author, curator, and editor, Feder contributed to the theoretical and methodological foundation of a discipline about to emerge from the narrow interests of museum anthropologists and devoted amateurs into public prominence and widespread appreciation. Feder entered the field without the benefit of academic training, but with a profound firsthand knowledge of the importance of techniques for an understanding of Native American visual forms of expression. Among his lasting contributions is the explicit recognition of the historical nature of these art forms, of the resulting significance of documented collections and information contained in early drawings and photographs for a placement of artifact styles in time and space, and of the usefulness of studies of artifact types or genres in Native American art. In this volume a group of American, Canadian, and European anthropologists, art historians, and collectors explore topics relating to Feder's far-ranging interests in Native American art and shed light on his background and achievements. Essays by Arthur C. Einhorn, Joyce Herold, Tilly Laskey, Roanne P. Goldfein, Christian F. Feest, Steven C. Brown, Colin F. Taylor, Bill Holm, Arni Brownstone, Imre Nagy, Molly Lee, Marvin Cohodas, Ruth B. Phillips, Sally McLendon, William C. Sturtevant, and Sylvia S. Kasprycki deal with works from different regions, time periods, and traditional forms of expression of Native North America.
