Provides convincing evidence that angels, demons, and fallen angels were flesh-and-blood members of a giant race predating humanity, spoken of in the Bible as the Nephilim. • Indicates that the earthly paradise of Eden was a realm in the mountains of Kurdistan. • By the author of Gateway to Atlantis. Our mythology describes how beings of great beauty and intelligence, who served as messengers of gods, fell from grace through pride. These angels, also known as Watchers, are spoken of in the Bible and other religious texts as lusting after human women, who lay with them and gave birth to giant offspring called the Nephilim. These religious sources also record how these beings revealed forbidden arts and sciences to humanity--transgressions that led to their destruction in the Great Flood. Andrew Collins reveals that these angels, demons, and fallen angels were flesh-and-blood members of a race predating our own. He offers evidence that they lived in Egypt (prior to the ancient Egyptians), where they built the Sphinx and other megalithic monuments, before leaving the region for what is now eastern Turkey following the cataclysms that accompanied the last Ice Age. Here they lived in isolation before gradually establishing contact with the developing human societies of the Mesopotamian plains below. Humanity regarded these angels--described as tall, white-haired beings with viperlike faces and burning eyes--as gods and their realm the paradise wherein grew the tree of knowledge. Andrew Collins demonstrates how the legends behind the fall of the Watchers echo the faded memory of actual historical events and that the legacy they have left humanity is one we can afford to ignore only at our own peril.

The Secrets of Heaven are Finally Revealed! "...[Jacob] dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven... [and he saw] the angels of god ascending and descending on it. And he was afraid, and said, 'How dreadful is this place! This is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.'" --Genesis 28:12, 17 KJV. This ground-breaking and provocative book presents new and astonishing interpretations of ancient history, mythology and world religions that will call many established beliefs into question. In Gateway of the Gods, author Craig Hines invites readers to reconsider preconceived notions concerning Biblical theology in light of recent scientific discoveries and inquiries concerning the nature of the universe. This fascinating exploration reveals a number of ideas that have been suppressed and obscured behind layers of symbolism and misguided propaganda for thousands of years... until now. - Why is it that so many world cultures share details of an event when fallen angels descended upon the earth and fathered hybrid offspring called the Nephilim? - Is it possible that these beings used "gateway" technology housed within pyramids and holy temples to travel between the heavenly and earthly realms? - Do the latest advances in theoretical physics lend credibility to the idea that otherworldly beings might reside in dimensions parallel to our own? - Do the recorded voices of the "dead," known as Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP), indicate that we may be able to communicate with these other realms? - Was a secret message embedded within ancient texts that could only be revealed after we have attained the knowledge and technology necessary to understand it? - Does this message offer a solution to the approaching environmental disaster that scientists warn will be more devastating to human civilization than any others in recorded history? Drawing from a variety of historical sources and years of meticulous research, the author weaves together a compelling argument involving a range of seemingly disparate topics that when considered together, formulate a radically new narrative concerning the history and destiny of the human race.

This work unravels the great mysteries of the Bible and ancient civilization. In introducing her disclosures Christine Preston reveals the meaning of Trees in Scripture as being in connection with Initiation in the Old World. The latter being the Atlantis of Plato, she reveals original "sin" as a misuse of power by Atlanteans influenced by "Wise Serpents," who opposed spiritual evolution. She discusses divine-human intermarriages and provides a solution for the fact that the Watchers parallel to the Sons of God of Genesis are depicted as evil, by disclosing a secondary scenario in Enoch that is illustrated by the Ancient Book of Jika.

The second edition of The Encyclopedia of Angels is significantly changed from the first edition, published in 1996. Content is increased with the addition of several hundred new entries and more than 70 new illustrations. Nearly all major entries and numerous smaller ones have been revised, reorganized, and cross-referenced to make the book more valuable as a resource. I have included many more entries on individual angels, including fallen angels. If you use the “angels” and “angelology” entries as starting points, you will find your way to all of the principal entries in the book. In particular, I have added significant depth and detail from apocryphal, mystical, and esoteric texts, which are rich sources of our angel beliefs and lore. Visionary recitals of journeys into the heavens written nearly two millennia ago retain their power today in their vivid portrayals of mighty beings called angels. The angels experienced then are different in many ways from the angels experienced today; the history of that evolution is a fascinating one. The angel of the prophets is fierce and enigmatic. Today’s angel is more accessible, more personal, more like us. What remains unchanged, however, is the alluring mystery that surrounds angels. I am indebted to the groundwork laid by Gustav Davidson’s Dictionary of Angels, which I do not attempt to re-create. Readers who are familiar with that work will appreciate the longer treatments and discussions of topics related to angels made possible in this book by an encyclopedia format. The “further reading” recommendations at the ends of many entries are not intended to be exhaustive references but to direct readers to useful sources. In the years since I completed the first edition of this encyclopedia, my views on angels have not changed in any profound ways, but they have in more subtle ways. I consider angels to exist in their own right, but also as part of us and all creation. To attempt to define them too precisely shatters their mystery. Angels exist in a realm that can be grasped only through intuitive knowing and visionary experience. Nonetheless, intellectual inquiry and study of angels is valuable, for consciousness is raised to a higher plane and made fertile for visionary understanding. Readers will notice at times that the names of angels can be confusing. Even within a single text, the name of an angel may be spelled in different ways. The entries on individual angels give alternative spellings and names in parentheses. Sometimes variant names describe what appear to be different angels altogether, or perhaps aspects of an angel. For example, Sariel is the alternate name of Uriel, but Sariel is not always Uriel. An alternate name of Sariel is Saraqael, which is also an alternate name of Sarakiel. There are both overlaps and differences in identities and duties, depending on the texts in which the angels are mentioned. As noted in the entry NAMES, many early angel names were the products of trance recitations of prayers and incantations. Readers may wish to read the names entry as one of the first, along with ANGELOLOGY as an orientation to this book. The literature on angels describes their many roles: messenger, protector, guardian, punisher, destroyer, administrator, minister, teacher, and servant and worshiper of God. These roles capture only pieces of their essence. Above all, angels are participants with us in the glory of creation. They sing the wonders of God and the cosmos. Their song is ours to sing too. —Rosemary Ellen Guiley, Ph.D. AUTHOR’S INTRODUCTION TO THE SECOND EDITION.

How and why was the Great Pyramid of Giza built? What was its purpose? What about the Sphinx? Are there clues today that will allow us to understand its meaning? Breshears takes us through these questions and provides interesting answers based on years of meticulous studies. His work brings us into various holy books, the study of ancient symbols and into the oldest known writings of ancient Egypt. After exploring every part of the pyramid both inside and out, the author reveals how it connects to history and how we can make future predictions based on the patterns he has deciphered. He advances the theory that all major cataclysms of the past occurred at specifically predicable times, and predicts when the next world-wide catastrophe will come. If his predictions are accurate -- and history seems to bear this out -- then we may need to prepare for what is coming.

A groundbreaking historical documentation of the secret history of pre-Pharonic Egypt and the race of angels that built it. •By the author of From the Ashes of Angels and Gateway to Atlantis (more than 30,000 copies sold in the United Kingdom). •Unlocks the secrets of how the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx were built. •Explains the traces left by the race of Elder gods that founded ancient Egypt through ancient texts of the Hall of Records. •Proves the foundations of ancient astronomy 10,000 years ago. Hidden deep below Egypt's Giza plateau is perhaps the key to unlocking the mysteries of the Great Pyramid, one of the seven wonders of the world. Built using a technology unequaled even today, the ancient Egyptians claimed they inherited their advanced culture from a race of Elder gods who lived during a previous age known as Zep Tepi, the First Time. In his earlier companion book From the Ashes of Angels, renowned historical writer Andrew Collins provided historical and scientific evidence showing how these Elder gods, who were the flesh and blood members of a race of fallen angels, founded ancient Egypt. Now, in Gods of Eden, he describes the remarkable achievements of their culture. Assembling clues from archaeology, mythology, and religion, Collins shows us how this great society mastered acoustic technology and employed the use of sound to raise heavy objects into the air and pierce holes through solid rock. It was with this technology that they were able to construct gigantic structures that have marveled adventurers and archaeologists worldwide. With findings based on more than 20 years of research and scholarship, Collins reveals the fascinating historical destiny of this culture of fallen angels and the imprints and legacies they left behind at the genesis of civilization.
