Or in my case, an explosion of all sorts of emotions went off in my head, and I had had it! No one saw it coming, including me, but once I said 'Enough is enough already!' and really meant it, things began to change. I was ready to face the chaos, embrace it, define its hold over me, and eventually leave it...for good! Otherwise, like any ongoing, unresolved issue, it would destroy my life and leave me empty and miserable forever. She goes on to say, 'I hated the place I found myself in. Repeat, hated it!' For the past ten years, Penny has been speaking up and down the east coast, sharing her story of hope and how she found peace.
